LIGHTING TOWER

A towable lighting tower with a reliable diesel generator which provides the power for illumination of all Traffic Control points and site requirements during low light or night schedules.
We are also looking to add Solar Powered units for our Clients to assist with Environmental Accreditation Policies.
VMS BOARDS

C Class Boards, suitable for 110km roads. Available in orange or colour LED lighting

The revised MUTCD Part 3 supplement was published on 31 May 2017 on the TMR website (link below).

Amendments to the Part 3 Supplement apply to section 4.11-1 Portable traffic signals and involve a broadening of the situations in which they WILL be used, as well as changes to the implementation timeframes.
From 1 July 2018, these devices must be used in support of Traffic Controllers where applicable on all roads with an AADT (Average Annual Daily Traffic) of over 1000 vpd (vehicles per day) and a speed limit of 80 km/h or greater.
